Ingredients

  • 2 medium sweet potatoes garnet or jewel
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Parsley finely chopped for garnish
  • For the dipping sauce:
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice fresh
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary chopped
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer for 400 degrees
  • Peel sweet potatoes, then cut into 1/4” thick fries.
