Brazilian Style Barbecue Rub

Brazilian Style Barbecue Rub

Brazilian Style Barbecue Rub

This rub recipe is based on the ever-popular Brazilian, more aptly Bahian, spice blend known as Tempero Baiano. Use this barbecue rub on all types of grilled meats and vegetables, and also add it to soups, stews, side dishes, and more. I recommend making a large batch of this and storing it in an airtight container for when you need it. Lots of great flavors!
