Ingredients for beef skewers
- Lean round steak or roast (sub with chuck roast)
- 2 medium onions
- Plain whole milk yogurt
- Dijon mustard
- Orange liqueur (substitute with 1/4 cup orange juice)
- Honey
- Prepared horseradish
- Garlic powder
- Chili powder
- Salt and black pepper
