When it comes to inexpensive gas grills I always recommend considering charcoal instead. For less money, you can get a much better grill, though not one as convenient as gas. On the other hand, I am fully aware that gas has its attraction and that many people won’t listen to this advice. So, when it comes to an under $250 gas grill, I recommend as simple as you can find. In the category of two burner grills, this is the best one of the best you are going to find.

Made by the same people behind the excellent Broil-King gas grills, the Huntington 2-burner 30040HNT with side burner has a cast aluminum shell which is much more durable than the stamped steel competition and better at holding in heat. This means that this 30,000 BTU gas grill can deliver better heat and do it in a simple box without a lot of extras. True, this model has a small side burner, but that isn’t much of an investment in materials and can actually be useful for the few people that will use it. If you want to save a little money and drop the side burner consider the Huntington 24025HNT Gas Grill
