Easy Beef Burgers

Servings: 6 People
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 6 hamburger buns
- condiments of choice
- Mix together ground beef, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl. Form into 6 equal sized patties. Make an indentation in the center of each patty. This will allow the burger to cook evenly and not puff up in the center.
- Preheat grill for medium heat. Place burger patties on grill and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, depending on desired doneness. Brush insides of burger buns lightly with oil and place onto grill grates. Burger patties are cooked to well done once they reach 165 degrees F. This temperature is recommended for store bought ground beef.
- Once buns begin to brown remove from heat and top with burger patty and your favorite condiments.
