  • 1/4 cup paprika
  • 1/4 cup chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon granulated garlic
  • 1 tablespoon coarse salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried savory
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon allspice


  • Combine all of the listed ingredients in a small bowl. Apply to pork roast and cook as directed.
  • Triple or quadruple this recipe for future cooks, and store in an airtight container in the cupboard for up to one year after preparation. Use as needed, about ½ cup of mixture per pork roast.
