This rub recipe is based on the ever-popular Brazilian, more aptly Bahian, spice blend known as Tempero Baiano. Use this barbecue rub on all types of grilled meats and vegetables, and also add it to soups, stews, side dishes, and more. Combine all rub ingredients in a small bowl. Use immediately or store in an air tight container in the cupboard for up to 1 year after preparation. Double or triple the recipe for multiple uses.
