Preheat grill for high heat. Set pizza stone on the grill as it heats up. You want it hot!
Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface, to a 1/2" thickness.
Brush dough with melted butter. Combine brown sugar with cinnamon and sprinkle all over the buttered dough.
Next, stop with crushed graham crackers, then marshmallows, followed by chocolate.
Carefully transfer the the pizza to the stone. and cook for 10-14 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the marshmallows have to toasted.
Remove s'more pizza from the grill, place onto a large cutting board, and let stand for 5-7 minutes. Believe me, this dessert can be quite hot right off the grill. Cut into 6-8 slices and serve alone or with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
