Ingredients

  • 40-48 fresh green beans
  • 8-10 slices thin-cut bacon

Instructions

  • Clean and trim: Wash green beans in cold water and blot dry with paper towels. Remove stems and separate into groups of 5-6 green beans per bundle.
  • Bacon: Wrap each bundle with a slice of bacon, making sure the seam is underneath the bundle. Gently secure with a toothpick as needed.
  • Preheat your grill to 375 degrees F or medium-high heat
  • Grill them: Place bundles seam side down onto the grill grates or griddle. Cook for 3-4 minutes. Gently turn and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the bacon has cooked through.
  • Keep an eye on them: If flare-ups occur, reduce the temperature or move to the indirect zone of your grill to finish cooking.
  • Serving: Once cooked, remove bundles from the grill and serve immediately.
  • Storing leftovers: Place bacon-wrapped green beans in an airtight container. Store in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Reheat in a skillet or 350-degree oven until warmed all the way through.
